Mindfulness meditations to calm the mind and ground you, breathing exercises to clear your energy and the most gentle Restorative postures to help you deeply relax (wrapped in warm blankets)- closing with a short Yoga Nidra practice. When we deeply rest it allows our body, mind and spirit to heal.
