If you are looking to find ways to create some quality 'Me Time' away from the busyness, to be quiet, to be with like-minded people - normal people just like you (not super meditating, levitating yogis!) navigating as best they can through life, then this could really be perfect for you.  

Can you imagine having more peace, calm and balance so that whatever arises you are able to deal with it with more ease?  And feel more like yourself? And how would it be if you could learn and practice ways to reduce stress, overwhelm, fear, anger and anxiety? 

Come along - this workshop is open to everyone.  We have walls you can sit up against, even chairs if needed.  This workshop and series is designed to help undo the complications and tensions of daily life and allow in more simplicity and relief.  These practices are easy to do and will help you in daily life too, so you will learn tools to take home and to work and to wherever else you are seeking to bring more simplicity and peace.

Limited to 12 spaces. This deeply nourishing, relaxing and restoring workshop will include simple mindfulness meditation, a restorative yoga class and end with yoga nidra (deep yogic sleep - it's soooo good!) and tea.

A luxurious couple of hours to yourself, to quieten down, relax the body and nervous system, and just get off the busy pre-Christmas treadmill. Consider it a re-boot before the madness. Doesn't matter whether you just run round the block and would like to look deeper into the subject of supporting running with expert guidance and yoga, or if you are a full blown runner's high addict knocking out ultras each weekend somewhere desolate..

A Simple Recipe for Joy: Jivamukti Yoga Workshop

This workshop will feature the 'classic' elements of a Jivamukti yoga.  Expect deep meditation, steadying pranayama, uplifting chanting, and a physical practice of strong standing postures, lengthening side, forward and back bends, rotating around the central intention of happiness and freedom (twists) and a test of your balance (on feet and hands).  A solid heartfelt intention, single-pointed focus and dedicated practice can bring about a new way of being.
