A 3 Hour Jivamukti Yoga workshop focusing on Patanjali's 3 step plan for attaining the state of yoga:
1. Tapah - to burn/intense effort/purification
2. Svadhyaya - study of the higher self/awareness of our thoughts and patterns and habits
3. Ishwara Pranidhana - to devote or give up all the actions, thoughts, word and deed - of your life to that which is greater
Expect an extended and deep twisting asana practice focusing on these three qualities. We will also take time to explore this 3 step plan from Patanjali with study of relavant sutra and chanting from this classic text. Book here.
The workshop will also feature powerful kirtan, pranayama, deep relaxation and guided meditations.
Experience of yoga postures is recommended.
