This Jivamukti Yoga workshop will break down some key yoga asanas (postures) including Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) and put them together into an accessible sequence which will become a moving mediation.
The workshop will conclude with an extended 60 minute yoga nidra (deep relaxation) guided with Stephanie Satriawan.
